During cold and flu season, you may be wondering what you can do to help boost your immune system during this time. Here are some tips we like to give our patients that they can do at home.

💦 Drink 60 to 80 ounces of water each day to stay hydrated.
☀️ 20 minutes of daily sunshine to keep vitamin D levels high.
🍰 Limit, sugar, dairy, and alcohol to keep your immune system functioning optimally.
🧣 Wear a scarf around your neck during those colder mornings or windy days.
🫖 Drink a cup of hot ginger, lemon, and honey tea first thing in the morning.
